Comment:

This is an animal model so we have to be careful of extrapolating this to human neurophysiology until evidence is presented using human trials. Nevertheless it poses a question that should not be ignored if it enables us to understand and potentially identify reasons for increased mood disorder susceptibility amongst some individuals.
